As Capeti Textile we have been adapting and using the latest manufacturing technologies of the industry since we were founded in 1993. We use the most common and popular printing techniques of Sublimation, Transfer Printing and Emprime printing.
Apart from these three ways of printing, to meet with the demands of our customers, we also use other techniques as well. Different fabric types and products different types of printings and with a wide network of printing suppliers in our country we can pretty much meet the every demand of our customers.
Most commonly used printing techniques of the sportswear industry of today are listed below;
Sublimation
Sublimation printing is a printing technique where the dye is applied directly to the fabric as a gas instead of its liquid state.
Sublimation printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix).The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric.The process of sublimation shirt costs more than other methods, but it lasts longer, and will not crack or peel over time, like other shirt printing methods.
Sublimation offers unlimited color and design options and creates highly durable products.
Emprime Printing
It is a type of printing pictures, emblems and designs on fabric using dyes of different colors.
Emprime printing, which is the most widely used printing method in the textile industry worldwide. Water-based, plastic-based or special paints are applied to fabrics through molds. Application techniques are divided into cheap or quality varieties and many advanced applications are also available. Screen printing, silvery, luminous, embossed, etc., which provide excellent price / performance especially in low-color multi-piece works. It is also often the only solution for applying effects.
Emprime printing has lower resolution than sublimation (sublimation has 2880dpi and emprime has 540dpi) but especially in high quantity orders, emprime is a cheaper than sublimation and has a high reliability in the industry.
Transfer Printing
Transfer printing is a type of dry printing.
Transfer printing is a printing technique known as hot and dry printing. Compared to wet printing techniqıues, it has many advantages. With recent technological advances in the industry, with Rotogravure technology, transfer printing offers a high quality and complicated designs available. Sublimation dyestuff, which is transferred to the printing paper in the transfer printing process and has the property of evaporation with heat, is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure.
By using disperse dyestuffs, the pattern or design printed on the paper is transferred to the fabric by transfer printing method. It is a highly reliable and fast technique.
